Sabrina leans down to press a careful kiss to his mouth. "I know," she whispers, swallowing against the tightness in the back of her throat. She gives up any pretense she'd had that she wasn't going to crawl right into bed with him, and does so, carefully arranging herself next to him so she can, even more carefully, hold him a little.
